There was a thing about ODB or big baby jesus (whatever he was calling himself b4 he died) on TV where he went to go cash his welfare check in his limo. He has, like his whole family with him. I saw it about 5 years ago or something.

Not sure if they were on welfare but the vocal artist Jewel once lived out of a car with her mom. Hillary Swank was also very poor.
