if you want to see a really cool modern european metropolis, come to Vienna. There are many very famous places. When you get a map, you'll see them depicted there, mostly in city centre. But Vienna has a very good mass transportation - subway, bus, and tram (Strassenbahn) so you can easily and comfortably travel around the city according your own plan.

If you prefer mountains and beautiful nature, come to Tirol, or Styria.
