If you check out cascadas from San Luis Potosi you will find a lot of waterfalls. They are beautiful. My favorites are cascadas de tamasopo. They are absolutely beautiful! Also you might want to look up puente de dios. Also I have been to Tamul SLP, where there are beautiful rafters. Hope that helps =)
