  1. Well, when you are talking about sites. There's a site where almost everything can be found.

    www.wikipedia.com

    I'm quite sure that everything that you are looking for can be found there. Whether it's science,stupidity, and of course your question fan fiction.


  2. It depends on your fandom really.  I find lots of great fan fiction on livejournal communities.  If your fandom is really popular it might even have an archive of it's own.  The best way to find those is to just google it.
