Fan high kicks?

i need help with my fan kicks OOOO: i have all my splits and my straight kicks are just past eye level. whenever i do fan kicks i lose a lot of height.

is there a certain stretch or exercise to help with my fans?

  1. You have to lie flat on your back with your hands flat on the floor and your legs straight out in front of you. Pick up one leg and with your toe pointed and your leg completely straight have someone push your leg towards your head while rotating it in the direction of your fan kick. This will stretch all the muscles needed to perform the kick.
