Fan noise. My Williams wall furnace unit was installed summer of 1964 and the rubber mounted fan

My Williams wall furnace unit was installed summer of 1964 and the rubber mounted fan is making noise as it is wearing out the rubber coupling.Need new fan as fan & coupler are one piece.
