Fanasty Football " LIVE " draft with people at bar-home etc...?

How do you get involved in a fanasty football league where you draft your players LIVE with friends or ppl from your own home town at a bar or home and etc..

thing is...i dont have 12 friends that play fanasty football..haha..any ideas ?....power of internet !!

The website I use for my research has a "Looking for Leagues" section in their forums.

You could try there and see if any live draft leagues are happening in your area.

There are public leagues in Yahoo that offer live drafts, but it's not easy to find one everywhere.

You can still start a live draft league yourself.  You may not have 11 friends, but between friends, work, school, family, church, wherever you can find enough.  Start now and you should be able to fill it by late August.

In my opinion, a live draft is the best part of the entire season.

Doing a draft live with friends is way better than doing one online. I get together with the same friends every year. We sit around all day, drink beer, order pizza, and do our draft. It's alot of fun. I would recommend just getting your current friends into fantasy football first in a normal league. They will enjoy it and the following year you can talk them into doing a live draft.
