Fancy Dress, the theme is under the sea, does anybody have any ideas?

I am a 26 year women, 5 foot 5 five, 9 and half stone, long blonde hair. It is for a parade during the day at a festival, Im guessing there will be alot of mermaids so any ideas would be great!

you could try to be the "vixen" from there. i know that she was fat and ugly in the movie but you can turn it around to look foxy. or dress up as ariel when she gets legs

Ursala the sea witch ,a  Lot of long layering chiffon , to look like sea weed ;)))

Maybe a starfish or a sea horse?  Possibly a piece of coral?
