Fancy dress 'M' theme?

My brother is going to a party where the fancy dress theme is M (that's what the birthday girl's name begins with). He and his friend are playing live music. They need costumes that are easy to make/buy (the party's tomorrow!) and also give them plenty of movement to play their instruments. They're both game for a laugh, and would like to go as something matching if possible. Any ideas?

Go to a thrift store and get a white or light colored jacket (like for a tux or suit) and write M's all over it. Then wear converse with skinny jeans.
