  1. In Culver City you have Fraiche

    (also consider Ford's Filling Station)

At these places I'd say it's $30 per entree - so maybe $50 pp if you're having dessert?

In Santa Monica there are some older fancy restaurants like Michael ...

or if you really want to go all out, there's Melisse which is a 2-star Michelin restaurant ... but more expensive, even without the tasting menu it may be around $100 pp

  2. Madres in Pasadena, owned by Jennifer Lopez. Make reservations ahead of time, at least 3 days or more depending on the date. Dinner for two will run you $80+

  3. Try these:

  4. go to moonshadows in malibu it's next to the beach and really romantic setting it's about 40 each

  5. there are plenty in santa monica, look around dude. some even have themes that she may enjoy.

  6. well i know one in Orange its sooo nice!

its Orange Hill Restaurant, I guarantee your girlfriend will love it.

    Orange Hill Restaurant

    6410 E Chapman Ave

    Orange, CA 92869

    (714) 997-2910

  7. Chaya's Brasserie in Beverly Hills, The Ivy off of Robertson, Geisha House in Hollywood, Patina's off of Grand in Los Angeles...Best food and a lot of star gazing.

Bring your wallet and a credit card with a high limit...Dinner will run over $100 easy.

  8. Yes.  Go to Citysearch.com.

Also,  there are lots of fine restaurants in Santa Monica.  Michaels on 3rd St is really nice & very pretty.  Melisse on Wilshire & 11st is one of the best restaurants in the Country (really!), Wilshire (x 25th St) on Wilshire has amazing food & a beautiful patio in the back (she'd probabaly be really impress by this, I was!) or The Penthouse at the Huntley Hotel has a restaurant on the top floor with city & ocean views.

Another nice option is the West at the Angeleno Hotel at Sunset & 405 fwy (on the top floor) or the Lobster at the Pier.

In Culver City I'd go to Fraishe (if U can get a reservation).  Ford filling station will probably be too loud & I bit too casual..

    Good Luck!
