Does Fantasmic! at Disneyland show during the Holiday season?

Yes, it does. The best spot to watch it is in front of Pirates of the Caribbean, but you'll have to stake out a spot about an hour before showtime if you want a front row seat. You can also get reservations on the balcony of the Disney Gallery where there's a dessert buffet and you can eat and watch. It's expensive though ($60 for adults and $50 for kids). You can usually get a decent spot by Haunted Mansion if you're later in arriving for the show. Also, Fantasmic is shown twice each night (at 7 and 10 I think) and the later show is always less crowded, especially during busy times like the Holiday season.

I think it depends on the weather but they do usually schedule it on the weekends during the winter and holiday seasons.  I was there between Christmas and New Years 2007-2008 and saw it then
