Fantasy Baseball Commisioner Advice?

I am the commissioner of a league, and one manager has been abusing his acquisitions every week. I was thinking about making a maximum acquisiton per week. How many should I make it per week (1, 2,3,4?)

I am a commissioner of my league as well and I think making that many moves is ridiculous. I would set it to like 3-4. Also, if you can change your waiver period then that might help in making pitchers not be available for their next start if someone drops them the next day after they pitch. I am in a Yahoo league and there is a limit to the amount of innings pitched a season. If that can be changed then that is another way of combatting abuse but that's a more long-term approach.

Our league has the same issues, we have this one guy I swear has about 90 transactions already, to put it in perspective, I think I have about 10.  I would think that 2 per week would be plenty.

In my league to  get points we pick up about 3 starters every day one guy has 289 and i have 142, i no its a lil rediculious but since one guy started it, he was winning , so we picked it up
