Your team lacks power.  Drop Murphy for Brad Hawpe (if he's available).  Try to trade Pierre, Fukudome, Mauer, or Matsui for a power bat at the same position. take it from someone who drafted McCann, Josh Hamilton, Yunel Escobar, Brandon Webb, and pick up Carlos Gomez and Edinson Volquez.  I'm a visionary.
