Should I trade Hanley Ramirez for Albert Pujols?

This is a keepers league.

Ok.  Im really lucky Im not you because those are my absoulute favorite players in the MLB.  I say do the trade because Hanley shouldnt produce much more homers but Albert is gonna break through soon

I am a Cardinal fan but in a keeper league, I would have to go with Hanley. Remember that Albert still has that shoulder problem that is going to require surgery at some point.

Also, Pujols will be 29 (we think) before next season and Hanley only 25 so his power is still developing.

First off,  jreb64 it is an elbow injury.

Second of all,  it would be a smart trade as a power hitters prime years are generally 28-33 while a base stealers are generally earlier since the first thing to age is your legs

Pujols is going to hit for a figher average, more HR's, more RBI's throughout his career. Ramirez will steal more bases. It is probably even on runs scored. I would make the deal.
