I have been offered this trade:

Daisuke Matsuzaka and Howie Kendrick for BJ Upton

I have Upton

These are my hitters & starters

C - Ryan Doumit

1B - Miguel Cabrera

2B - BJ Upton

SS - Hanley Ramirez

3B - Evan Longoria

OF - Lance Berkman

OF - Carlos Quentin

OF - Conor Jackson

UT - Kosuke Fukudome

SP Dan Haren

SP Javier Vazquez

SP Shaun Marcum

SP James Shields

SP Matt Garza

SP Scott Baker

(and I have Francisco Liriano waiting to be called up)

With what I have, should I do this trade?

If Daisuke can come off the disabled list and pitch well, along with howie kendrick just trying to staying off of the DL, then those two can really help you in the second half.

Dice K is having a fantastic year. I think his record is 9-1 with  a lot of K's and few hits allowed. Don't do it.

I think you should keep Upton.  Dice K is having a good year, but i don't know if his arm can take the innings, so i would keep Upton.

Dice-K will go on the DL with a shoulder problem right after the all star game.
