Im trading Miguel Cabrera, Chone Figgins, Michael Young, and Vladimir Guerrero for Carl Crawford and Hanley Ramirez. Is that a good trade. And is Torri Hunter for Alex Rios good too?

The Cabrera-Crawford trade is seems to be slightly against you. Cabrera and Guerrero alone would make that trade equal - those are two excellent players (granted for two other excellent players).

I would try to get something for Carlos Quentin, while he is playing outstanding this season, I think it will be hard to keep up with his numbers. He is a rookie who did not look great prior to getting traded to the White Sox. If you can get Hanley Ramirez for Quentin I would take it in a heartbeat.

The Hunter for Rios trade is about even, so I think it's really a toss up (it all depends on who gets hot).
