Hands down Andre Johnson.  Steve Smith has not been good in a couple of years, he is going to be suspended for the first 2 games, and he is somewhat injury prone.

I know Andre Johnson is also injury prone, but when he's in, he's one of the games best WR's.

Andre Johnson is the best choice here. He has always been a threat when healthy and with Schaub throwing him the ball he may have a good year. Also, Steve Smith will be suspended for the first two games and may not have a good relationship with his teammates after returning.
