Fantasy Football Draft Options, ideas?

I run a auction style draft every year, set amount of points. Does anyone have any new interesting draft or FFball rules to mix it up a little?

In two leagues I'm in we start 3 WRs instead of 2.  I like this as it increases the importance of WRs.  RBs have too much value in most leagues.

In another league we use team QBs and team Ks.
