Fantasy Football Help (UK)?

I work in an office full of blokes & they are entering the virgin radio fantasy football thing, last week they were all taking the p*ss & me and my big mouth said I’d enter with them but know nothing….

Please can anyone help me with my team???

I've just created my team and it's thusly:

G - P Cech

F - B Sagna, J Lescott

C - J Carragher, R Dunne

M - M Ballack, S Gerrard, Anderson, N Kranjcar

S - J Defoe, R Keane

MG - A Ferguson

I'm not sure what tips I can offer but the players seem all fairly priced so if you get close to the £55m you should have a decent team, good luck.
