  1. He has some weaknesses, but you guys must have dropped the ball on draft day. There's no way he should have been able to draft LT, Jackson and Moss. Assuming he took LT with the 1st or 2nd pick, both of those guys should have been off the board by the time he got to choose again.

Bulger is an injury risk, so is Harrison (who may not be the same receiver he used to be anymore). Chicago's D went downhill last year, and is no longer elite.  But yeah, he's going to be tough to beat.

  2. oh it is possible. look for a week when the rams are playing a tough D, and get that D. LT had a rough season last season, and now that hes 30 hes gonna get the curse or 30. harrison wont produce nearly as much as the past few years, and chicago D is AWFUL. your only huge threats are moss, ward, witten and jackson. s long as you can get a team that is more or less

    palmer

    parker

    addai

    chad johnson

    welker

    T.O.

    watson

    gostowski

    indy D

  3. That's a solid team.  It's your own fault for letting him draft those guys.  He has three first-round players (Jackson, LT, Moss).  Maybe you guys missed out on them because you spelled their names wrong - like the very awesome "Ladimian Tomilinson."

  4. How did he get that many good players?  Does somebody else have Peyton Manning, Joseph Addai, Bryant Westbrook, Braylon Edwards, Terrell Owens and Chad Johnson with Pittsburgh's defense?

It sounds like this guy made some great trades!  No...he will probably win the league again.  Just start talking trash on the message board about his sister or something.  That way...at least you will go down cracking people up!!!

    Good luck!

  5. I dont know.. Ladimain Tomilinson and Steven Jaskon are pretty tough..

You could always counter with Byron Eastcreek (RB, Eagles) and Walter Parker (RB, Steelers) and hope for the best.

  6. Is this a tiny league?

What kind of league would have one team with LT, Jackson, and Moss?

That's 3 players ranked in the Top 15 in most formats.

That team isn't bulletproof, but it's very solid.

Ward and Harrison are old.  Bulger and Jackson are returning from injuries, and the demise of their O-line.

This must either be a weird dynasty league, a tiny league, or the managers in your league aren't drafting by normal methods.

  7. It is possible.  Most of his points will come from LT, Jackson, Moss, and Whitten.  The rest of his positions aren't the best.  Sure, he has quite a few blue chippers...alot will depend on injuries, matchups, and of course who you or anybody else has.

  8. I highly doubt it. QB is arguably soft but, wow! Thats a murderers row. Maybe if there is an injury to one of the backs.

  9. Sure there is. He doesn't have the best qb in the world. Ward and Harrison aren't that good. The RB's are GREAT. How did he get both of them?

  10. He looks like a tough opponent... I bet he even has the bye weeks set up in his favor... The only way to beat him is if he has a bad week and you have a good week... He's got fireworks at every position.  I think his weak point is QB though.

  11. It is going to be tough to beat this guy.

Take some time this season to watch your matchups and keep a sharp eye on your waiver wire to compete.
