Fantasy Football. Need help finding 2 good Team Defenses

Question

Normally I have time to go through the schedules and search for 2 defenses that would give me a good matchup every week. I picked this tip up in a fantasy magazine a few years back.

The problem is that I have my draft tonight and have been swamped at work and not had the time to go through the games. If any of you have had a chance to research this, please give me a few options of 2 good defenses that make for good matchups throughout the year.

Giants/Cowboys - both good teams playing weak schedules (weak offenses) Washington twice, Eagles twice
