  1. Don't listen too bad reffing, your team is pretty good for a 16 team league. Your key player is definitely Jamal Lewis, if he plays at the caliber he did last year, that will help your team a lot, but if he plays weakly, your team may be screwed. I would start Garrard over Young, because Young is terrible for fantasy. Your WRs are a little weak, but with Moss getting you a guaranteed 15 TDs or so, that helps a lot. Your RBs are very solid for a 16 team league. Jason Witten was the best TE last year, which should give you 800 yards and 6 TDs, so that's very good. Overall I'd give your team an 8.5/10.

  2. this team kinda sux...u need to start garrard over young...u need to find better WR than Stallworth and Bennet (especially Bennet)...u should hold onto Walter, Hardy, and Hester cuz they are breakout candidates...Lewis is good but White isnt great...drop bell/williams and get another RB/WR

  3. Pretty good considering your in a 16 team league.

try getting rid off your last 2 WRs and maybe getting rid of lendale.

  4. Don't listen to that chump at the beginning. If he had read the full question one would realize that you are in a very very large league. For me the other guys have it right about starting Garrard. Otherwise you may want to drop guys like Bell and Williams and go rookie hunting. Although I have never played in such a large league I can only imagine how picked over the talent is.  Instead of having "has beens" on your roster look for some "could be's"......i.e Mendenhall, Forte........ the rooks that could stand to make a big splash. Just as a side note, grab whoever is the backup RB in Denver because Shannahan will surely change his mind 150 times before the end of the season (see selvin young, mike bell, etc).
