Fantasy Football Question.?

I'm the commish of a second year league and I was wondering if when I enter the draft all the players in my league will become free agents and teams can pick from all NFL players or if teams will still have players from last year and you can only pick from rookies.

If your league was not set up as a keeper league last season you will be picking all new players

All new teams.  You have to set it up to be a keeper league and you would put the number of players people can keep which is usually between 2 and 4.
