Question:

Fantasy Football. Should I make this trade?

This all comes because I have Chad Johnson and he seems to be a little more banged up than previously thought. Here are my current WR's and RB's

WR- C. Johnson, R. Wayne, Santanna Moss, & Ben Obomanu

RB- M. Turner, B. Jacobs, R. Johnson, R. Bush, C. Perry

My buddy wants Brandon Jacobs and he's offering my choice of Anquan Boldin or Wes Welker.

Whattya think?

  1. Word now is that Ocho has a torn labrum(sp??), the same injury that Kellen Winslow played through last year. He should be able to play this year but I expect opposing teams corners to try and jam CJ as much as possible on the line.

If this is a PPR league (awards a point per reception in addition to yards and td's) then go ahead and send Jacobs and pick up Welker because Reggie is a still a stud in PPR formats.

If standard scoring league, then try to shop around Rudi Johnson and/or Reggie Bush now before Rudi gets traded. The news that the Bungles are shopping Rudi make me think two things, one that Chris Perry and Kenny Watson have been looking real good and that CJ and TJ may be more banged up than they want to publicly admit. Of course, the signing of Chris Henry has me a little worried about the WR situation from the get go.

For right now I think Welker is more valuable in either format until we hear more from Boldin on what he plans to do this year. I would like to see him actually get traded (hopefully not for Rudi Johnson though) to possibly the Dolphins (for Ronnie Brown), Cowboys (for Crayton and Roy Williams) or the Jets (for Coles and a TE). Boldin is more valuable if they suddenly work out a contract and if Warner is named the starter.

    Good Luck

  2. Accept and take Anquain Boldin

  3. depending on what kinda scoring u have in ur league i would keep jacobs...depending on what Johnson decides to do he may still play...he acted sketch on his interview with ESPN but obviously Boldin should b ur man.

I wouldnt take the trade because of R. Johnson being dangled on a lim waiting to see what the bengals are going to do with him...they are wanting a prime WR for johnson...

keep the players until further notice from the bangedels....
