Fantasy Football Starting Defense for week 1?

Question

I have Chicago as my starting D (didn't pick a 2nd team). I don't want to start them this week since they are playing Indy(Manning is also my QB). I am not sure who to pick up to replace them this week. I know that there are probably only like 2 or 3 teams I would pick up just to use this week but I just can't figure out who. These are the teams still available in my league:

BALTIMORE vs. cincinnati

INDIANAPOLIS vs. chicago

ARIZONA vs. san francisco

HOUSTON vs. pittsburgh

TAMPA BAY vs new orleans

PHILADELPHIA vs st. louis

DENVER vs. oakland

BUFFALO vs. seattle

CAROLINA vs. san diego

NY JETS vs. miami

WASHINGTON vs. ny giants

CINCINATTI vs. baltimore

DETROIT vs. atlanta

KANSAS CITY vs. new england

NEW ORLEANS vs. tampa bay

SAN FRANCISCO vs. arizona

OAKLAND vs. denver

ATLANTA vs. new orleans

ST. LOUIS vs. philadelphia

MIAMI vs. ny jets

I like detroit against the falcons inexperience, but you'd be taking a slight risk simply because it's the lions.  Might think about the Jets defense against a very young miami team.

I like Arizona this week. They may not be great but they play hard and they're playing an abominable offense in SF.

I think it's the best match up. Second choice would be Philly against St. Louis. However, while Philly probably has a better defense than Arizona, St. Louis is much better than what SF calls an offense.
