Fantasy Football Strategy?

My league draft is tonight. Here are the positions:

2 RB

2 WR

TE

K

Def

WR/TE

RB/WR

What strategy should I use for drafring. Ex: 1. RB 2. RB 3. WR

RB, RB, RB, QB, WR, WR, RB, WR, then complete your roster with best available.

It all depends on where in the draft you end up but the guys who win almost always take the best player available in round 1 and 2 and from there fill out the roster. That strategy usually should include 2 top RBs ,1 QB and 1 WR. Watch trends also, they can dictate exactly how you want to proceed each round but you really need 2 elite RBs and an elite QB, they are the most consistent scorers in fantasy.  You should watch for a QB run, you really want to make sure you end up with one of the top 5 fantasy QBs ( Brady, Manning, Romo, Brees or Palmer). The drop off after them can be somewhat dramatic. And do not reach for a TE, there are a lot of quality guys you can get in the late rounds. Draft your kicker in the last 2 or 3 rounds, too many variables dictate what scoring they might do (plus every year some obscure kicker goes crazy and if you are watching you can snatch him up).Know who your sleeper type guys are and draft accordinly, if you think you know a sleeper WR you can get late dont overdraft WR early (same with RB).  And finally pay attention to the def. run, you dont want to get stuck with a sorry defense and there are only a small handful of good fantasy defenses available.

It all depends on who is available. Go with a RB in Round 1, but after that, go with who you think will have the best season relative to their position. I would suggest, going 2. RB 3. WR. 4. WR. Then, it is just best available. I would also choose a couple of QBs that you want later in the draft, such as McNabb or Garrard. Get two of them, because usual there are several guys like that that play like top 5 QBs. Get a Kicker in the last round.
