Jeremy Shockey (NO) and Ted Ginn Jr (MIA) for Marshawn Lynch (BUF)? Is this as big a no-brainer as what I think it is or am I missing something?

Yep no brainer. Marshawn Lynch is a stud and you should do this deal if you're getting Lynch.

No-brainer. Shocky is good when hes good, but injury risk plus new team usually means slow start. Ginn Jr. is not proven yet, plus don't know bout his QB and O-line. Lynch had a really good rookie year, barring any kind of sophmore slump i betting on a bigger year, make that trade.
