Kitna is almost irrelevant because I have two QB's already for one spot. James or Graham would be a backup, only start one of them, or they'd play during bye weeks.

  1. Westbrook + Kitna definitely...E. James is gassed and plays for the Cards, case closed...Odds of Ernest Graham repeating last year are probably not that great...and Torry Holt is not worth Brian Westbrook...It's a no brainer...

  2. i would say getting westbrook is the better side of the deal because he is finally healthy and ready to have a great year.  McNabb is also healthy which means Westbrook's receiving numbers will go up from where they were last year.  Graham is not going to have nearly as good as a year as he did last season because Cadillac Williams is healthy again and will be the starting back. Edge isn't a feature back cuz the Cardinals offense focuses on the pass.  Get Westbrook for sure!  Running backs are the most important fantasy position and westbrook is one of the best as far as total yardage and td's go.

  3. Get Westbrook!  He's been one of the best Fantasy RBs the last couple of years, and he's a rushing and receiving threat.  James is done.  Holt is done, not to mention the Rams still have a less than average O-line and no one to throw the ball to in the first place.  Graham is a third string Fantasy RB at most.  Hey, at least you know Kitna will throw the ball 500+ times this year, and if Williams and Johnson stay healthy, Kitna may have pretty decent stats.  He'll be a good bye week QB.
