My starter is Donovan McNabb and my BN is Matt Leinart.

Is this a stable set or should I try to trade for someone else?

  1. McNabb is a descent QB

  2. If I were you, I would keep a close eye on McNabb.  Review his player profile every saturday and keep tabs on the waiver wire for potential breakthrough QBs (Derek Anderson; David Gerrard).  Leinart is decent but hasnt been too solid in his short time as a pro.

  3. i would say if u can get rid of Matt lienart for like Derek Anderson

  4. Try trading McNabb for a backup QB and Move up leinart to starting. However, you should rely mostly on your Running Back because they end up racking up the most points.

  5. Get a better / more reliable QB.  Dump Matt Leinart, if you can trade him for just about any starting QB - take the trade.  McNabb has had trouble staying healthy, but can be good at times.

  6. No need to make a trade:  If Kurt Warner is still available grab him RIGHT NOW.  If Leinart does well, he should get a lot of fantasy points and if he sucks and Warner becomes the starter, Warner will have a huge year.  He had 27 tds and 3400 yards last year.  He is a top 10 qb in that offense.

  7. McNabb has the talent to carry a team if he stays healthy. The past few seasons however, he has had some serious injury concerns, so I would say your QB situation is somewhat of a risk. Leinart is a decent #2 for now who could definitely fill in for McNabb if necessary, but his job as Arizona's starting QB isn't set in stone either.

That said, I don't know that you need to run out and try to trade for another QB...your situation isn't desperate or anything. You may be able to score an underrated guy like Aaron Rogers or Matt Schaub off waivers depending on the depth and competitiveness of your league.

  8. it is not very stable, you have to rely on mcnabb, which we know he has been injury prone of late.  Leinart is a secondary QB, never will be a big time passer.  I'm sure you could trade for someone, or just add someone better than Leinart.
