If you have K-Rod, keep him.  He is putting up amazing numbers and is having a record breaking season.  He will consistently add some strikeouts and lower your era and WHIP while almost single handedly winning you the saves category every week.  He is a keeper, even though Santana is good.

Depends.  Do you need a closer or not.  I personally would not give up Johan.
