Fantasy World?

Question

Okay maybe this is a stupid question but I want to know if anyone else feels the same way...

Do any of you get done watching a fantasy movie like say star wars, or get done playing an awesome video game and wish, really wish that you could have their fantasy lives? Weird question I know.

I guess I just feel like I’ll never be happy here because I have to high of expectations for certain things like love and frankly the world in general.

Anyways do any of you ever feel this way?

i do that too. for me it's just a way to escape for a little while. i just zone out and play the fantasy in my head. it's called imagination and there is nothing wrong with it.

people have dreams and fantasy... we even have dreams... so if you want to fulfill your dreams don't you sleep... I mean pursue it

You wish for them because they have no real consequence. In life, all you do or say (or not) has consequences that you cannot see to their fullest.The immediate effects, you probably see, but not a few years hence. So you yearn to be in world where rules are simple and prescribed. Where you know and see all the consequences of what you do within that imaginary world. Life then seems to be under your control.

Oh ya I would soooo love to live in the star wars universe then here and coruscant is my utopia I hope to reach someday.  So hopefully I will be able to live forever.  So I can be around when humanity reaches that technological level.
