Fantasy baseball ? What about this deal before the deadline?

I would give up K-rod, D. Price, M. Lowell, and M. Jacobs and I would get K. Youkilis, U. Jiminez, B. Lyon. It would be an upgrade at 3B but my UTIL might take a little bit of a hit where I start Jacobs most of the time for his power numbers. He would probably (just my guess) drop J. Upton to make the deal work. Is this fair for me even though I give up the best closer? What if I also tried to get J. Bay from him and I gave him J. Pierre or C. Young.

Bad deal just on B Lyon alone.Lyon is terrible and wont make it two more weeks.His era and whip will kill your whole staff.You dont want Jiminez either.He has a hot run of a few games every year and then goes back to normal.Fantasy sports is like retirement investing.You keep good guys for the long haul to pay off on their yearly stats.Not only that you would need two closers to equal what K rod is doing this year.

no. the only good player in the trade that you would be getting is youkilis. plus you'd be giving up the hottest closer in baseball.
