How come when i put pitchers into the pitcher spot like or 3 day in advance, when i come bak the next day, they are bak on the bench again?...and yes i did hit "submit changes"

Your lineups only changes on the day you set it then it will keep it like that and will not change anything earlier.You have to change your lineup for every day unless you want that day to stay as the same lineup as the day before.

This happens to me sometimes. I think if you add a player or make a trade, any transaction, it resets your roster to today's unchanged roster. So if you inserted them that day, then made a transaction, they go back to where they were on today's roster, which just happens to be on the bench. So don't make a transaction!
