Fantasy baseball trade? 1 guy in my league wants B. Webb.?

My P are B. Webb, J. Shields, Z. Grienke, M. Owings, A. Laffey, E. Santana, B. Penny, B. Fuentes, R. Soriano, S. Shields, K-Rod

His P are R. Halladay, F. Hernandez, J. Santana, J. Verlander, M. Cain, R. Johnson, T. Hudson, B. Morrow, J.J. Putz, J. Papelbon, J. Borowski, H. Okajima

We change our lineups daily and can start as many as 4 SP on one day, and we also start 4 RP to get saves and also holds(why we have guys like Shields and Okajima)

It is a keeper league, but we only keep 4 total pitchers from our rosters at the end of the season, and obviously Webb will be one of them, but I would consider trading him if I get good value by maybe also upgrading from Penny and Owings or something. Any suggestions on offers to make? Thanks for any help.

It's a 12 team H2H league, and the other guy likes to trade for P it seems because he didn't start the year with Verlander, Hudson, or Papelbon.

Maybe you could try something like Webb and Penny for Santana and Morrow. He might not see Morrow's upside. Not only is he the closer for now, but he could be a starter next year. He reminds me a lot of Jonathan Papelbon.
