Not if you are in a ROT league.

You should not ever trade players of that caliber in fantasy baseball.  Fantasy baseball is won by playing people at the right time.  Rarely managers with the best players win because they never want to bench guys they have a man crush on.

Team 1 gets the better deal.  Hanley is a top 3 fantasy player and guillen is pretty good too.  While Manny is also great, Peralta is just okay and Pelfrey is not much of a factor.
