Fantasy baseball trade help?

Question

I got offered Carlos Zambtano, Ervin Santana, Roy Oswalt, CJ WIlson, and Jason Bay for Jake Peavy and Brandon Webb. I'm a little hesitant sending my 2 best starters but it looks like a good deal. What do you think?

depends on you have to drop because you might drop players that he is willing to pick up so it might look like a 5 for 2 but really isnt

but if you are in a deep league and you have a bunch of slaps to drop... then do it

you should definitely accept

peaves is not getting run support and webb can only do so much

santana is on the rise and zambrano is steady and jason bay can help you a lot

Yes, do it becuase Zambrano and Oswalt can replace your two best starters. Zambrano can throw big heat from two different angles and has hit 99 on the gun. His slider can be a great out pitch and he has remarkable endurance. Oswalt is not a big man but manages to crank up the heat into the mid-90s and combine it with devastating pinpoint control. An innings-eater. Has an electric, mid-90s fastball and a nasty, hard slider. Santana can dominate when he gets on a roll. Generally keeps the ball around the plate. Wilson works hard and pitches aggressively with low-90's heat that moves. Also has a strong curveball and change-up. Challenges hitters. Bay boasts better-than-average power and gets around the bases quickly with his combination of decent speed and all-out hustle. Is a good run-producer. Even though I like Peavy and think he is a great pitcher, left-handed hitters have more success than righties, relatively speaking. Injuries are still a concern, especially because of his taxing workload. Webb, on the rare occasion his sinker is off, Webb can give up the big inning. Not exactly a Gold Glover fielding his position. I think you benefit from this trade because you get power and two quality starters. Do it!

I would agree with LA Dodger Fan if you have some other under achievers to drop then great but if not a one two of Peavy/Webb would not be one i would part with. As I have had Webb the last two years it would take a lot to pry him from my roster.
