Fantasy defensive players?

Question

first yr in fantasy with a defensive player. What players are usually chosen? pts given for tackes,FF,FR,INT and sacks. which round do d-players usually picked..how many do you carry on the roster?

they are usually picked in the later rounds.

sometimes, you will have to pick one DL (lineman or linebacker) and another DB (safety/corner)

Two great players that rack up a lot of tackles are DeMeco Ryans and Gibril Wilson.

I have never played with a defensive player only as choosing a teams defense.  But if I was to choose a player, it would probably be Urlacher, Bob Sanders, Polamalu or Merriman. I would probably choose them in the middle to late rounds.
