Fantasy football Gore vs. Westbrook

I have the option to franchise Frank Gore for $3 or Brian Westbrook for $17? They are around the same value and I have the option of matching this years auction price for the back I do not choose to franchise ($100 auction draft, Gore should go for 21 and Westbrook for 35). Who do I franchise to get both for the cheapest price? Who will have a better year?

Gore is a good fantasy player, but i'd go with Westbrook.

You need to franchise Westbrook because Westbrook is considered by most people to be the 3rd best Fantasy Back in the game. From my experience, Gore is not as highly tauted by many people anymore solely on last seasons stats. I would keep Westbrook for the $17 and then I think you could get Gore for maybe around $15.
