Fantasy football: Would this be a good trade?

I am considering a trade. I have not offered it yet to the person I could be trading with. The trade would look like this:

I TRADE: Eli Manning

I GET: Thomas Jones

I am in need of a backup RB. I have Ahmad Bradshaw, but he is not projected to get many points this season (and because of the Giants backup RB debate) is probably not a good backup.

  1. If you can pick up a solid QB in FA, do it! If you can't I would just work with what you got and wait for a suprise RB to pop up! Ernest Grham and Ryan Grant we're breakout fantasy backs last seaon, somebody will do the same this year!

  2. h**l to the yes. Eli is inconsistant and throws way to many interceptions (He led the league last year with 20), and Thomas Jones has a better O - Line this year.

  3. h**l no!

  4. If that was my team, I would offer Brandon Marshall for Donald Driver and Matt Forte. But thats just me.

  5. Well that would be a fair trade if Eli is your backup QB and he nees a QB. If Eli is your only QB I woudnt do that trade. There are plenty of RB's to pick up each week that will get you some points. Eli is am okay QB that will get consistant points each week. Only offer this trade if Eli is your 2nd string QB.
