Fantasy football prem league, Pick my last player!

Question

Hi having real problems picking my last player with only 3.3mil left and little knowledge about cheap midfielders I wanted to leave it to someone else to pick!

For me its between Mark Noble and Clint Dempsey. I only have 3.3mil which I know isn't a lot.

Michael Johnson. He is City's best attacking midfiedder kand get a few assists and the occassional goal.
