I would probably get a better back up QB, just in case Brady follows the pattern of great QBs putting up great numbers one year, and then totally bombing the next year.  Young isn't great at throwing the ball, and is very inconsistant.  Try getting Derek Anderson, or someone good, but not outstanding good.
