  1. yes, the rays are gonna win alot of games and percival should get plenty of save opportunities


  2. Yes. Rauch isn't even a closer right now, and unless holds count in your league, he isn't that valuable. Percival is an excellent closer who will give you lots of saves and won't blow too many.
