I think Liddell despite his age as you get older and more fights under your belt you slow down but you don't lose your power plus you gain experience until your of an age where you start to lose everything but Liddell isn't at that point yet and he never depended on speed anyway so if he's fit enough he'll win

well if you mean liddell in his prime vs. griffin, id have to go with the iceman, im a huge fan of his, and i think his unnatural ability to not get ko'd (when he was in his prime), and his power would be too much for forrest, give forrest a year or two and id probabily have another answer. but if you mean the current liddell, griffin would destroy him

Griffin would embarras Liddell.  Liddell is a one trick pony.  A lot of knockout power, but nothing else.  He's old and past his prime and the UFC has passed him up, just as it has passed up Tito Ortiz, and Matt Hughes.  Griffin is just too well rounded for Liddell to handle.  If Rampage couldn't knock out Griffin, then why would you expect Liddell to?
