The AS Saint-Etienne defender has claimed that few clubs from English Premier League are interested in acquiring his signature, but the player holds no desire to leave Les Verts at the moment
The 21-year-old has put in a number of eye-catching performances for Saint-Etienne in the Ligue 1 this season resulting in a huge amount of interest in the player. And Faouzi Ghoulam has admitted in a recent interview that clubs from Premier League and Serie A are interested in acquiring his signature. While talking to reporters, the 21-year-old stated that he feels honoured to be linked with such clubs but added that
he is happy to be with Saint-Etienne.
Talking about the life with Les Verts, the 21-year-old stated that he is a Saint-Etienne player and his contract runs until 2016. Any transfer for the player will involve more than two parties and the youngster feels that any move regarding his future will
not depend solely on him.
"I have a contract until 2016 so it will not only depend on me," said the left-back.
Admitting interest from the Premier League, Ghoulam said that he is aware of the interest shown in him by some of the clubs from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 and Italy. However, the player feels that now is not the time to talk about such stuff and he is focusing on improving
his game.

Talking about his decision to represent Algeria, the 21-year-old said that it was a decision he took after solid consideration. And the player hopes to impress the Algerian bosses by playing well for Saint-Etienne in order to earn his first call-up.
