I have been watching all the news channels since Palin was asked to be McCain's running mate and that is soooo not me.Why?All the negative comments made about her and her family.I have now looked @ everything I can about the Palin Family and find them a breathe of fresh air.I could have cared less until they were under fire and now Im even more sure that,the Rep.'s 2nd running man/woman,is better then the Dem.'s 1st running man.I am now a proud American!! McCain/Palin 2008!!!

Hmmmmm. I love idiots moaning about media bias. After 9/11 for 5 years the media just reported what Bush told them. Maybe you just got spoiled and now expect it.

Fact is questioning Palin, who wants the second most powerful job in the world, is not bias it is part of democracy. It is not liberal or conservative, it is just prudent to question those that put themselves forward to lead you.

In my experience if people don't want things found out or have something to hide they blame the question. If she has nothing to hide, then the debate will come back to ideas, and this time McCain\Palin's only idea is NOT Obama. Hardly great.

As for who is angry. I only seen one convention were they booed. One convention that they turned into an hate pantomime. One convention that concentrated more on the ideas of other than their own. One convention that wrapped itself in the flag and questioned other's patriotism just for having different ideas. One convention that mocked community organisers. Then again it may not be anger, just desperation.

You should blame McCain if he rushed the most important decision of the campaign and chose someone with such a light resume and so many scandals. Palin's speech did have a large number of people tuning in but it came across as shrill to me. She was definitely appealing to the base and not the center. Also, the speech helped Obama raise 10 million dollars so it ended up helping him.

I'm not liberal but consider myself moderate.  I found the media bias sick and disgusting.  YA  has been like a cesspool.

First I deleted CNN and MSNBC sI from my channel guide. I found a link to Rush Limbaugh broadcasts and this morning at 7:00 I sent $250 to the McCain campaign. It was the first time I  donated to a campaign in my life, I'm 49.

It's common discussion around the house and with the neighbors about how bad  and disgusting it is.

This moderate independent is energized and extremely mad.

That's the impact in my little piece of America.
