Far rockaway beach?

I wanted to know which part do you think is the best part of rockaway beach in queens, NY. I have been to beach 90. I wanted to know which one is the best for the waves but not to surf. Just waves to have fun.

Jones Beach had the most awesome waves around every other beach around the tri state area is dull and boring unless you go to Orchard beach that's where EVERYONE goes
