  1. Farah means Joyful or Good looking

    Sarah means princess

I like both they are both nice names depends wether your looking for a common name or a diffrent kind of name.

I would probably go for Sarah.

  2. Is this for naming children?  If so think of your own personality. Your children will probably inherit at least half of your personality.

Based on the meanings of the name are you a Farah? or a Sarah?

    Good Luck

  3. Sarah has my vote.  Farah sounds arabic or something. I read a good article about naming your kids.  If you name your kids unique names, it might not be as good as traditional names, just as a warning.  Strange names aren't appreciated as nice names by kids, at least not their friends!  I don't know about themselves.

  4. Farah relax, your name is fine :) It is as nice as Sarah's name :) It expresses your personality, don't worry about it:)

  5. They're both nice names but I really like Farah. It's a little more unusual (yet not likely to be mispronounced).

And hasn't anyone ever heard of Farrah Fawcett (Charlie's Angels)?

  6. Farah is an arabic name which has several meanings such as "joyful", "princess of the sky" or "flower of the desert".

    Pronunciation:  (FAHR rah); (FAYR ah)

Sarah is an hebrew name, In the Old Testament, Sarah was the wife of Abraham, and the mother of Isaac. Her name was first Sarai ("my princess"), God changed it to Sarah  which means "princess". Pronunciation:  (SAYR ah)

Well, i like both names ....Farah gives a lot of personality, it's diferent and cool .....Sarah is more common but still nice.......i think i might prefer Sarah over Farah, i don't know lol ...........good luck!!
