Farewellatmidnight tipped for success in Weatherbys Bank Mares´ Handicap Chase
Only five stallions have been listed for the Weatherbys Bank Mares´ Handicap Chase at Fakenham in England on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. All of them have been trained really well and have the potential to fight for a victory today, thus the competition is
going to be an interesting one at the end of the day.
A couple of runners have been doing a very good job with consistency in recent times, which will put them in a better position compared to others. They will definitely give their best shot in order to entertain the spectators today.
The going has been described as good in the 3 mile 110 yard event, which is scheduled to start at 15:00 GMT. It will be important to have a good stamina in order to complete the race strongly.
The one who walks away with a victory in the class-4 contest will be awarded a cash prize of £4,224 in the end.
Misstree Dancer has been given the highest odds for victory in the race, as she has got some useful experience and knows how to handle pressure at this level. Moreover, she is carrying the winning momentum right now, which will give her immense confidence
heading into the competition today.
However, the eight-year-old mare has been unable to maintain a decent winning percentage, which is not a very good sign. She will need to win races with consistency in order to improve her overall record.
In chase events, the Nick Williams’ trainee has done a relatively better job, winning a couple of events out of 10 outings. Other than that, she has finished as a runner up and in third place once each.
Despite having a decent record, the favourite mare will not find things easy against someone like Farewellatmidnight, who is an equally talented challenger. She has also been given pretty decent odds for victory and the punters will be interested in placing
a few bets in her favour.
The Alex Hales’ trained mare has appeared in six chase races, winning a couple of them. In addition to that, she has finished as a runner up on the same number of times, which proves her ability to be competitive in this format.
