Faria Depth finder

How do I set the different modes of a faria depth finder on a 2002 Ebbtide 21 foot ski boat, all I know is it located on the transom. Also, is there anyway to silence the alarm? Sorry don't kmow its model, but it looks like a Chesapeak models I've seen on other websites.
