Farmer-dressed wheat?

I usually see this word "farmer dressed" in wheat contracts, normally " quality: farmer dressed in bulk as per specification being..."

Could anyone help to explain what "farmer dressed" means? Thanks!

It means you can't drive your truck up to the grain elevator being naked.

I believe that your reference is to a certain level of processing (cleaning) and packaging (bagging) at the farm level as opposed to factory or storehouse.
